Its RAM is upgraded to 1GB (from 512mb)
Its Hard drive storage is upgraded to 1TB (from 160gb).
Internal battery is replaced as well to keep the clock accurate.
It runs super snappy and smooth. No functional issues or cosmetic.
The only heads-up is that DVD reader's rubber is a bit old and as expected sometimes does not push the DVD tray out. A simple fix is to use a paper clip and push it out manually, which I do. Or you can replace it with another one if you like.
Typical USB accessories work fine with it
