We are looking to hire candidates to work at a 300+ units property in Germantown.
Part-time Leasing Consultant: Pay ranges $15-$17 per hour.
Full-time Maintenance Technicians: Pay ranges $15-$17 per hour. (2 open positions)
Full-time Maintenance Supervisor: Pay ranges $25-$33 per hour.
***Job responsibilities for the Part-time Leasing Consultant include:
Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media
Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:
1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Some college experience is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
Working during inclement weather is also necessary
***Job responsibilities for the Full-time Maintenance Technician include:
1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and energy management systems
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software
Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.
Must be available for night/weekend call duty.
Must be able to work during inclement weather.
Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor.
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.
Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc.
Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:
Plumbing/Electrical skills is a must
Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs
HVAC repairs - Active HVAC Certification & experience is a must
***Job responsibilities for the Full-time Maintenance Supervisor include:
At least 3 years maintenance experience in residential property management, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems, including experience with renovation oversight.
A track record of building, developing & retaining high performance maintenance teams.
A track record of building & maintaining strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, and vendors.
Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.
Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software.
The ability to use computer and email effectively.
A sharp, professional appearance.
