We build residential composite decks year-round in Maryland and need experienced crews now. We handle sales, permits, plans, and materials — you show up to a ready job and build. Simple, standardized work: 3 deck sizes, same process every time.
Pay per deck (we supply everything, you just build):
Small deck (~100 sq ft): $1,800
Medium deck (~175 sq ft): $2,700
Large deck (~250 sq ft): $3,600
Consistent work — the more reliable you are, the more we send. Busy crews stay busy year-round. Extra pay to remove and haul an existing deck before building.
What we need:
Crew of 2 or more (no solo workers)
Composite (Trex) deck experience
Your own tools and truck
Available to start now
