We are looking for a reliable, well-rounded employee who can confidently represent our company on various job sites. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person.
Little experience is okay — we are willing to train someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential and commercial painting projects
- Travel to multiple job sites when needed
- Help with prep work (taping, sanding, patching, etc.)
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Assist with light coordination or basic admin tasks when required
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Painting or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Must be comfortable representing the company professionally
Compensation & Details:
- $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional $25 bonus on days working multiple locations
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
