My 62 yr old mother is disabled and can not work. She rent out her master bedroom to make ends meet but her previous tenant just left in October and shes having trouble making it work financially. She is looking for a tenant but is having no luck. She has to pay all utility, mortgage and groceries with just her disability check which doesn't cover everything. She has been given a letter from the electricity warning her about a possible cut off. I wish I could help her but I myself am tight on my expenses. Please help
