Tempur-pedic cover has always been on the mattress along with a waterproof mattress pad so not even sweat has touched the mattress.
Even though it’s dubbed soft, it is “Tempur-pedic soft” - I prefer firmer mattresses and was always satisfied with its firmness. My partner has simply had some health developments that would benefit from an even firmer mattress.
