The Little Virtual Assistant Agency was started to help other professionals grow their businesses and maintain their sanity.
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, cooperative, meticulous detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. A successful candidate will be able to handle stress, be observant and professional.
Due to the high level of communication required, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing and grammar skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Assist with administrative work and data entry
● Assist with handling customer service inquiries.
● Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system. Retrieves information from files when needed.
● Keeping the office organized and tidy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Professional appearance and demeanor.
● 2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Possession of strong organizational skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
● Knowledge in handling multiple social media accounts.
● Reliable transportation and a valid license.
