We are currently seeking an Accounts Specialist. The accounts specialist will be responsible for timely and accurately preparing deposits and posting cash as part of our Finance and Accounting Team. This position will have a strong sense of urgency, discerning attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, excellent phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
Ensuring money is deposited into the bank timely and accurately
Applying all monies to customer accounts timely and accurately
Posting all miscellaneous receipts
Saving all required documents in electronic form
Communicating effectively with insurance companies acceptable methods of payment
Answering and directing telephone calls, and email correspondence to our customers
Assisting with data entry, processing, preparation, and reconciliation of paperwork and invoices
Other duties as assigned to include scanning, copying, mailing, requesting documents,Invoicing and Credits
Someone who is a Self-starter, strong sense of ownership, gets things done.is highly organized with ability to plan daily, weekly and monthly priorities.
maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service, has excellent verbal and written communication and follow up skills. who is committed to customer service and professionalism.
Someone who with strong computer skills including Microsoft,Word and Excel.
Someone with the ability to work independently while supporting an overall team mentality
Most have Previous experience with QuickBooks.
