We are looking for an organized, thorough, and quality individual to assist with Office and Sales Manager tasks.

The office tasks include but are not limited to:
Enter new vehicles into our system
HR responsibilities such as:
Workman’s Comp. Claims
Misc. task for employees
Manage insurance discount program
Payroll tasks such as:
Calculate Vacation /Sick log each pay period
Fill in Employee time sheets
A/P Entries: Enter transactions weekly to keep an accurate idea of current expenses
A/R Billing: Send out bills for the accounts owing money monthly
Finance / Sales Manager Assistant
Only 10 – 7 on Thursdays
Manage Customers, take deposits, print and have paperwork signed by customer.
Some motorcycle knowledge would be a benefit but not required.
This position includes a mandatory day of Thursdays 10 – 7. We will train and assist you in obtaining a salesperson license to legally handle the tasks of the Thursday position.
The schedule for the remaining week days (Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri) are VERY flexible. We do not require this position on the weekends.
