Rapidly growing business is searching for well organized &motivated individual with ACCOUNTING experience for Accounting Manager's assistant/Administrative assistant position.
This position is Part-Time to start and it would be 3-4 flexible days Monday-Friday with flexible hours(Total of 24-30 hours)
The candidate for this position should have experience with QuickBooks accounting software as well as be proficient with Word&Excel. Must be self starter, able to multi task, have great computer, organization and customer service skills.
For this position it is very necessary to speak English extremely well.
We will train right person.
-Experience with QuickBooks
-Superior English knowledge-speaking&writing
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Must be Self-starter and quick learner with high attention to details
- 3+ years experience working in business office
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
-Efficient, reliable, flexible with a client-service oriented mindset
-Great work ethics and time management
-Maintain and update information in database
-Perform duties as assigned
-Receive mail, prepare and send invoices
-Schedule appointments and manage calendar
-Communicate and update Accounting Manager and CEO
-Perform office administrative duties
-Follow up on projects
Pay is depending on experience
