Prospect Waterproofing Company is hiring for an accounts payable position.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Invoice approval, data entry and payment.
Maintain Vendor database.
Communicate with vendors.
Maintain certificates of Insurance from Subcontractors and W9s from Vendors
Assist accounting team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer skills.
Position is Full Time, Monday – Friday.
Previous accounting/accounts payable experience a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
