Looking for detail-oriented Full charge Bookkeeper/ Tax Prepare for a small office in Vienna, VA in-person for part-time. Must have at least 3 years of QuickBooks Desktop and QBO and Tax experience. To be successful in this position, you must be very accurate, efficient, and pay attention to details. Preferred EA or CPA.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks for a wide range of clients.
2. Tax preparation skills are required.
3. Perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
4. Prepare financial statements
5. Manage sales tax reporting.
6. Process payroll and payroll tax payment (training provided).
7. Communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping and Tax preparation
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and QBO
- Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
