Growing CPA Firm in Vienna, VA looking to hire a full time Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate has at least an associate’s degree in business and/or previous experience in a CPA firm and understands the proper business processes involved in the completion of work in an accounting firm.
Microsoft office experience is required, QuickBooks experience would be an added bonus. Prior experience using tax return software is ideal.

Starting pay is $45,000/year with full benefits: Vacation, Sick Pay, Teleworking, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k.

Required duties include: Client communication, receivables, payables, project management, document management, tax filing.
