About the Position (Full-Time)
We are looking for a detailed, self-motivated, adaptable administration professional who is already adept in all elements of administration for a small business. A solid work ethic, consistent initiative, and being results-driven are must-haves for Intelligent Office Bookkeeper/Administrator with some experience in QuickBooks. We will provide any training for QuickBooks (advanced) and Accounting for a qualified candidate.
Please do not apply unless you have multiple years of full-time experience in most of the below areas:
• Basic Accounting - accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliations and coordinate accounting tasks
• Bookkeeping - maintain accounting records using our QuickBooks
• Analysis – Review expenses and other accounts, analyze using spreadsheets and produce reports with recommendations
• Contracts - record keeping and contract review
• 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
• MUST be extremely organized
• MS Excel experience – this is a must
• Have great attention to detail
• Be completely fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
• Provide administrative support including answering calls
• You currently live within a 30-minute drive of Tysons, VA
• Health Insurance
