OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT NEEDED (Woodbridge, VA)
Administrative assistant is needed for our trucking company “RJP Contracting LLC”. We specialize in hauling materials to and from different areas in VA, MD and DC. This position is to assist the owner with major bookkeeping duties.
Have a valid driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
Must be able to multitask
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organized, specially with filing
Dependable, efficient, self-motivated, and punctual
Knowledge with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
Knowledge with scanning, copying and faxing documents
Bilingual in Spanish if possible
Answering phone, take messages or handle calls when necessary.
Prepare Invoices by compiling tickets.
Updating employees and truck records with accuracy.
QuickBooks functions including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
Processing outgoing mail, collecting mail from post office, depositing checks to the bank, pick up materials for the warehouse, and additional matters on an as needed basis.
Full Time Needed - Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
