I'm moving out of the area for the job and need someone to take over my lease. The apartment has a den which can be used as a second bedroom. The apartment has easy access to 66 East, walking distance from the Vienna Fairfax Metro station. To sweeten the deal, I'll pay for one month's rent and you don't have to worry about the deposit (I've already paid that). I can supply some furniture if you like, but otherwise it'll be cleared out and professionally cleaned by the time you move in.
