The cold plate cart was used to scoop Ice cream OR Italian ice. This cart includes sink, is really well insulated and able to get up to several hours of scooping ice products. Great for Events in the DMV and other States, Music Festivals, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Church Events and Private Parties, etc… Recommend: Keep a calendar of all events + the booth cost (even the ones you don’t go too) because you might the next year. You’ll make all your money back within one to three weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) because it depends on how large the event you go to.
