E.R. Betterton opened his first still in Tennessee after getting out of a Union prison camp after the Civil War. He opened his White Oak Distillery in Chatanooga in 1895 and ran it until 1913. This bottle does not have a capacity marked on it, but it is a full size bottle, not one of the many smaller flask bottles he produced. It is in very good condition,
Can meet near Warrenton, Gainesville, or Haymarket.
