This is from when Schwinn was a bike shop bicycle vs. Schwinns of today. Not made in China.
19 inch frame with approximate stand over of 29.5" so this would fit most except for the very tall and vertically challenged.

-Sakae Road Champion Drop Handlebar (~16" wide);
-Dia-Compe brakes;
-Weinmann Alloy Rims (made in Belgium with quick release.
