Purchased used in April 2017. This book is in LIKE NEW condition. Anyone holding this book in their hands would think it is brand new. EXCELLENT condition... You will not be disappointed.
Over the years, I have read through much of it and tried to cook a number of the recipes (all delicious). However, due to various personal issues, I am no longer able to keep using these great recipes so I am selling it, trying to “find a new home” for this great cookbook.
In my opinion this book is in LIKE NEW condition, it literally looks like it is BRAND NEW. It is a very well kept copy, all pages are intact, no markings, no torn pages, no complaints. This book has been kept in a pet free and smoke free environment for almost seven years since its purchase.
