1984 Catalina 25 swing keel for sale at Fort Belvoir. Always a Potomac boat. Outboard is 6hp Tohatsu 4-stroke bought new in May 2023, est 10 hrs use and serviced (oil chg, carb cleaning) in Feb 25. New bottom paint April 25. Hank on foresails (150, 130, 105, storm jib). 2 mains. New unused porta potty. 2 burner alcohol stove that I have never used. Lots of extra gear if wanted.
