Beautiful live-aboard, Great looper(only 4.2' draft), or use it what it was built for a charter boat and make some money! You can look up all the details on the boat, layout is original. Main cabin and full head(straight side flush) in the back, separates from the rest of the boat, large saloon and kitchen in the main cabin. Then the crew quarters up front two bunks, and their own full head (composting toilet).
Best part is it has a Cummins B3.3 that was told placed in 2015 and looks to be the truth. Id estimate under 1000hours, it starts faster than your Toyota Camry. Come see for yourself its the best running diesel I've had never missed a beat. Set up with a upgraded 150 gallon tank you can certainly go anywhere as it sips fuel but can also push it to 7kts. Plenty of power and fuel efficient at cruising.
All sails in good condition could maybe use some touch ups but also have 3 other backups and storm gib.
Estimated 200 gallon newer water tank. So tons of holding space, it also has a water maker that came with it I will include. It is not hooked up but just needs to be wired and plumbed. Also have a whole ray marine radar to go with it, nmea/autopilot not hooked up that is all it needs to be ready to sail around the world.
Brand new water heater we just installed, serviced the newer ac/heat unit that runs great. Large fridge cabinet in counter top can fit tons of supplies we replaced compressor all new ready to go.
Has 4 solar panels and charger gets 8-10 amps on decent day with some cloud coverage. Wind generator havent gotten to work.
all nav lights work, interior lights have pretty much all been replace as well as outlets and other breakers/switches etc.
Other than that its a 1980 boat so not perfect could use some tlc but is a solid boat ready to go to work or cruise and relax on.
