General Contracting firm located in NOVA has immediate openings for experienced Project Managers to join our talented staff and complement our excellent reputation in our industry.
The primary role of this position will be to create budgets and coordinate subcontractors/vendors to bring residential projects to completion. Ideal candidates have at least 3-5 years’ experience in construction project management in the restoration industry. A very strong knowledge of construction methods and procedures is a must. Strong computer skills are required. Successful candidates in this role display excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, are flexible during times of change, and possess the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
