This amazingly beautiful velvet swing coat is almost one of a kind! It’s a classic!
Pre-owned from a smoke free home, I bought this in the 1980s and have held onto it this long. But it’s time to let it go to someone who would appreciate it! It has been hanging in the closet for way too long. It’s time to let it be seen once again!
I bought it from Macy’s at a very high price back in the day
The coat resembles coats worn in the 1940s. There are no shoulder pads in place but it looks like there could be the way it lays. Very Vintage looking.

The coat is a size small, but there is no size label inside, so please pay attention to the measurements. I believe it would fit a medium just as well.
I measured during a flat lay, and because there are no buttons, this is how I think it would hang. Measurements, approximately:

Shoulder to bottom 40”
Inside tags state Water repellent, grease and stain resistant. 100% cotton. Dry clean only
I do not see any flaws visible to me. I only see normal wear.
Evan-Picone Classy Black Vintage Coat Blazer with Shoulder Pads Size 8 $35
So classic back in the day, I believe this beautiful coat is from the 80s or 90s and is in great preowned condition from a smoke free home. Features shoulder pads sewn in that could possibly be removed if you are so inclined. Four shiny black buttons down the front. The buttons are tacked on but may eventually need tightening. There are two pockets in the front and the flap can be tucked in for a different look. The sleeves each have three buttons on each. I do not see any major flaws. I do not see any holes or tears or rips. However due to the age there might be a minor flaw that I cannot see.
