The wall decor clock is 14 1/2" height X 14" width, and weighs 1 pound 11 ounces. Has a New Haven quartz clock 4 3/4" diameter with a mechanical movement that is keeping time, and uses a "C" battery. Made of plastic and in good condition with some age and usage wear. The only issue I noticed is when it is laying flat instead of upright the clock will stop.
