The horse sculpture is 7 5/8" height X 6" length X 4" platform width. The carousel pole is 12" height. made of possibly epoxy or a resin type of materiel. I am not sure of the Horse breed, and with the white spots is similar to an Appaloosa Good condition with some minor age and usage wear. The only issue I noticed is the tail has a small paint chip.
