The trinket box is 9" length X 3 5/8" width X 2 5/8" depth, and weighs 1 pound 6 ounces approximately. I am not sure if it is a gold tone finish or brass plated because of the age discoloration to the finish. The musical movement is working however I do not recognize the song. Good condition with some age and usage wear.
