I am not sure if this is an actual Lion, but it looks close enough. It is 21 1/2" length from nose to end of tail. May have been designed as a candy dish. I am not sure why there is 3 holes at the end of the tail. Weighs just over 3 pounds, and I am not sure what type of wood possibly iron wood. Good condition with some scratches, scuffs, nicks, and finish wear. The teeth may chips, or that is the way they were carved? The tail can be removed.
