I love to cook and am lucky enough to have people who love my food. Just an amateur, I've taken some culinary classes but have learned mostly on my own.
That being said, I have a desire to bring my food to others and really want to start my own food truck business.
I'm looking for a Mentor. Someone who could show me how a food truck business should be run. Someone to show me the ropes.
