Townhouse in Northern va currently renting out one bedroom.

We are a couple (30s / professional ) , with one extra room .

There is one small dog in the home , she is great with people & pretty much just keeps to herself.

Two bedroom, two bath hownhouse , you'd have the bedroom & pretty much just share the home ( common areas ) .

Asking price is 800/ monthly ( with a small deposit for first month )

✨️ Open to weekly rental as well , month to month , short term or longer term ( one year ) agreements .
