Small non-profit needs help making plans to switch an upcoming conference from in-person to virtual.
Assistance needed with selecting the right platform for our needs, which include:
- Enabling speakers to easily record their presentation including Powerpoint voice and possibly visual
- Creating a "Queue" of speaker presentations to be delivered in sequence together on the given date
- Enabling Q&A / chat between participants and speaker for a given presentation and for "ask the experts" forum
- Post event availability of presentations to registered participants
- Moderator capability
Consultant who helps with the above will also be called on to assist with implementation, training and possible ops
