Executive Suite Leasing Company looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist/Administrative and administrative support staff member. This position is Monday-Friday and is anywhere from 15-40 hours per week dependent on schedule needs.

Duties:
Answering and handling a multi-company switchboard with approximately 30-50 different company phone lines. Being the front desk receptionist and face for all our clients and their visitors/clients. Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients appropriately. Completing all front desk duties, including but not limited to, notify clients of visitor arrival; answering multi-line switchboard; faxing, scanning, copying; transferring calls appropriately; receiving packages and notifying clients appropriately; sort and file mail daily; scheduling appointments for LRB clients and their clients as asked; translate documents and provide oral translation during client appointments; and any miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested by clients. Pay rate starts at $10-$13/hour dependent on experience.

Requirements:
• Flexible hours – hours can change with short notice
• Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
• Must be able to translate documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Office Equipment, Dropbox, Calendar Management
