We're hiring Customer Service supervisor who can perform the following duties on a daily basis:

Managing customer service team;
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution;
Keep records of customer interactions;
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Good working knowledge of Computers, multi tasking, and ability to handle customer service
Candidate must Possess exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Knowledge of Zendesk or similar ticketing system is a must.
