Service Dispatcher – Full Time
Location: Chantilly, VA
Compensation: $22.50–$30.00/hr (based on experience)

We’re a rapidly expanding local business specializing in commercial coffee equipment service, and we’re looking for a highly organized, self‑driven Service Dispatcher to join our team. What You’ll Do
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians for scheduled and urgent service calls
Manage daily workflow, job assignments, and technician routing
Communicate with customers professionally via email, phone, and text
Track job progress, update service tickets, and ensure accurate documentation
Support both our Baltimore HQ and Chantilly, VA office as needed
Work independently while staying aligned with team priorities and service standards
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills—clear, concise, and professional
Able to work independently and make sound decisions without constant oversight
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Experience in the coffee industry or equipment service is a plus, but not required
Prior dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience preferred
