Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Herndon)

Maid Bright is a residential cleaning company serving the Washington D.C. Metro area since 2004. We are in Herndon, VA. We are an established cleaning company with a strong customer base. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service and consistent homeowner satisfaction.
We offer competitive pay, two-week vacation, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid holidays, and sick days.

Maid Bright is currently seeking a full-time bilingual, Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Providing our clients with exceptional customer service over the phone and e-mail.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating customer database
• Maintaining good communication with the office and cleaning staff

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Oral).
• Consent to Criminal Background Check
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a large team
• Computer/Software Experience (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar)
• Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Salary/Compensation - TBD
