Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with policy questions, billing inquiries, and providing outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming and making outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and documentation
• Provide accurate information about insurance products (auto, home, life, business)
• Process payments and follow up on billing issues
• Maintain client records and update information in agency systems
• Support licensed agents with administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
