Looking for cleaners and a cleaner/care-keeper asap LEXINGTON, VA
Below is the ad I published in Lynchburg. I am wondering if I could find someone that wants to leave the dirty old city and live in the country? I put Alexandria as I split my time between Lexington, VA and Alexandria, VA. And I actually can use some work around my house, but anyway we have a large studio apt and was thinking about instead of renting it out doing barter. 35 hours a month of help in exchange for lodging including electric and water. Also when guests are not present you could use the pool at once place, the hot tub at 2 other places or swim or fish in the Maury river or buffalo creek at 3 other properties. These are beautiful properties and we have almost figured out how to break even :) Luckily I have other sources of income. This person would be like a part time care-keeper but as it says below we do not have full time work we have about 35 hours a month or less even of need so I thought I would take a chance and if you send resume I can meet up in Alexandria.
