In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and strive for excellence in every cleaning task.
Minimum Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience as a residential and/or commercial cleaner.
-Reliable and hardworking with strong communication skills.
-Ability to maintain your own transportation and cleaning supplies.
-Willingness to travel to job sites in DC and NoVA
-Willingness to work as a W-9/1099 independent contractor (must have SSN or work authorization).
-Ability to communicate in English.
Skills
-Proven experience in cleaning, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
-Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
