We are a Site Work Contractor that works throughout the Mid- Atlantic Region specializing in a broad range of services. Our clients include Site Development/Heavy Highway/Infrastructure Contractors, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Government Agencies, Homebuilders and Property Managers that work in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, West Virginia & Delaware.

With the rapid growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a full time, Construction Project Manager for our Falls Church, VA office to manage crews, projects, contracts, handle scheduling needs with clients, and overall ensure jobs are completed correctly and in the most efficient way possible. This position requires strong time management, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

-Act as Lead Project Manager on the following types of projects: Bond Release, Site/Wet Utility Punch Work, Small Full Site Development Packages, Drainage Pipe Installation Projects, Erosion Control Projects, BMP Installation Projects
-Get projects under contract working with client representatives after jobs have been won by our estimating team
-Coordinate with client's representative to confirm construction schedule and sequence
-Put together job sheets for foremen and crew to perform the work needed to satisfy clients schedule and hit internal production goals
-Work with superintendent to manage crews on a hands-on basis to make sure production goals are met
-Check in with crews every morning and afternoon to confirm production and report information to
-Obtain proposals from subcontractors as needed for scopes that we do not self-perform
-Schedule crews and put together foreman job sheets daily
-Order job specific supplies after finding competitive pricing
-Follow up with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with our performance
-Follow up on accounts receivable on sensitive invoices or invoice conflicts
-Resolve conflicts with clients over billing or other issues
-Review Daily Job Tickets for accuracy and have them send the following day to the client to confirm work completed
-Send preloads every afternoon to Yard Manager to ensure our crews get out of the yard and on the way to the job by 5:50 AM the following day
-Evaluate production daily and find ways to improve our crew’s performance
-Identify any special order (VDOT) jobs and make sure materials are ordered and tracked correctly with Project --Assistant’s help.

-At least 1+ year of Construction Project Management experience with college degree in Construction
-Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture (or equivalent), OR 3+ years of Construction Project
-Management experience
-Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge in programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 365
-Proven experience managing and directing people
-Proven experience with cost estimating and scheduling
-Field and Office experience is preferred
-Heavy Civil Construction experience is preferred
-Surveying knowledge is preferred
