Vintage, collectible Dynaco FM-5 tuner. This comes with the original manual with serial number, and a never-filled-out warranty card. Again, it's the original manual, not a printout from a PDF found on the Internet.
Tested today and verified to receive, detect, and decode FM stereo with appropriate illumination of "tuned" and "stereo" indicator lights. The signal strength meter works as does the audio level control (though it could use a spritz of contact/tuner cleaner).
Physically, this vintage FM stereo tuner is in really nice shape, save for some paint scrapes on the top rear of the case. The tuning dial lights brightly and sits behind a clear lens with no major scratches or hazing. All knobs and switches are factory original. The AC outlet was removed from the back panel due to age-related degradation/failure. That two-prong outlet is only available as a used part, and I'm not a fan of using a vintage FM tuner as an AC extension cord.
I don't flip audio gear; this tuner belonged to my father. I can demo that it works, but it comes without a warranty. You get it without paying exorbitant eBay shipping fees, encountering shipping delays, or incurring damage in transit.
