Panasonic DMR EZ28 DVD Player Recorder with Digital TV Channel Tuner. The unit has an issue and displays code U99 some times and has been appearing more frequently. Digital TV Tuner Works Well. Good unit for an electronic technician. I believe there may be a capacitor replacement that can fix this problem. Unit sold as is. $10.
