Excellent condition—a nice looking stand! All pieces and parts included. The stand has been completely disassembled and packaged up for easy portability. Easy reassembly. Box weighs 120 1bs. Note: There is a small chunk of surface missing (damage) from the unit's base, just behind the vertical pillar. It's not really noticeable, though.
