For sale is a Marantz 2235B brushed aluminum faceplate.
This faceplate is in very nice condition. No dings or nicks.
On the front surface, years of smudge marks were removed with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and water (you can also use a small amount of dishwashing liquid in water); the results were amazing...it really IS a "magic eraser".
On the rear surface, the old cement that held the plastic trim piece has been completely removed - a VERY time-consuming process using a soft cloth and solvent. See photo.
I managed to find new screws and have them available if you need them, but that will add $15.61 to the price, which is exactly what I paid for them. These are very hard to find!
