Established, full-service restaurant is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Specific location and concept will be shared during interviews.
Responsibilities
Lead daily service: FOH leadership with BOH coordination; uphold hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
Control costs: schedule to forecast, manage labor/OT, track inventory/COGS, and hit weekly/monthly KPIs.
Build the team: hire, train, coach, and hold standards.
Partner closely with ownership/management to set goals and deliver results.
Requirements
3+ years full-service restaurant management with FOH & BOH oversight.
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain immediately).
Proven wins improving labor % and food cost %; confident with P&L.
Steady, hands-on leadership; clear communication; team player.
Nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
