Pay: 15-17 depending on experience
Olive Lebanese Eatery is hiring a reliable, fast-working Kitchen Assistant / Prep Cook to help with food prep, plate assembly, panini station, cleaning, and daily kitchen support.
Responsibilities:
Prep vegetables and ingredients for service
Assemble plates with correct portions and presentation
Work the panini/grill station
Bag and check to-go orders for accuracy
Assist with breakfast and lunch service
Keep make table and kitchen stations clean, stocked, and sanitized
Wash dishes, sweep, mop, and help with general cleaning
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
Must work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable, clean, organized, and team-oriented
Must read and speak English
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
