We are hiring a Maitre'D and floor manager to support the restaurant service and operations. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, food and beverage who can help create an exquisite dining experience - starting right at the front desk. We are looking for someone ready to jump in and help wherever you're needed at the front desk or on the floor. A minimum of 1 year full service restaurant management experience is required. Sorry - but fast casual or fast food restaurant experience is not applicable to this role. This position can be part time or full time.
- Enjoy Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day as we are closed
- Taste incredible food, wine and cocktails and learn more about creative cuisine and cocktails
Responsibilities Include:
- Ultimate hospitality for each and every guest who walks in the door
- Running the books (Opentable) and seating
- Assisting in the bar and lounge as needed
- Assisting on the floor as needed
- Guest interaction and service - this is a hands on job
- A basic knowledge of point of sale systems, steps of service and food/beverage knowledge required
