If You Still Need Assistance With The SBA Loan, We Can Help !!! (MD, VA, DC)

license info: Certified Public Accountant

My CPA firm is working extremely hard behind the scenes helping people with the SBA loans and Payroll Protection program at no charge.

Our PPP management is free with the purchase of the CARES Act consulting package.

The EIDL and PPP are available to Realtors, Sole Proprietors with or without employees, Independent Contractors, LLC, S-Corp, C-corp, and Non-profits.

It is very time-consuming to monitor the SBA updates, especially when the law is changing constantly, and when banks are saying one thing and the law says another.

We have a team of people who are consistently researching what the LAW says and we need to do everything we can to follow the law and not the banks or financial institutions because they may be interpreting the law incorrectly. Our firm can be reached at 240.463.9019 or email:

We are hearing some banks are choosing businesses based on their relationship with them. We heard some people get rejected with Chase and some were approved with Chase.

Not with us. Our mission is to help everyone win, fairly and ethically. It’s time we do a better job than the big banks do and help everyone qualify for the most money, those that are hurting the most.

Wells Fargo, Citibank, TD Bank is not accepting any clients for the PPP as of today and I believe there will be more banks that won't.

We are seeing issues with retail banks but not local banks.

Try to work with your local bank first and see if they will accept you.

We do have financial institutions that will work with clients that are not their clients and will accept their PPP application.

MAKE sure the PPP calculation is ACCURATE. If not, your application runs a HIGH risk of being rejected!

The PPP calculation should include just the W-2 wages NOT 1099 pay. Starting April 10, 2020, independent contractors and self-employed individuals can apply for and receive PPP loans to cover their payroll and other certain expenses through existing SBA lenders.

We are going to limit the number of people we are helping soon. I don't know when we will stop accepting clients and if that would happen but I just want to let everyone know that we are experiencing unprecedented demand, and are only accepting clients whom WE CAN help and whom we believe we can help.

If you are interested in our services and want to speak to someone, please respond "loan assistance" and we would coordinate a time to speak to you.

IF you are a client already, you can call my cell phone directly and I will respond to you promptly.

Let's hop on a call to discuss your SBA Loan application, I would love to discuss several options for both federal and state.
