2010 Lexus RX 350 AWD (18 MPG city, 23 Highway) 132K miles (highway driving in Great Falls, VA area) relatively LOW MILES (about 9k/yr with a powerful and reliable V-6 3.5 liter engine.)
Had the old Carfax report... from the Lexus of Alexandria dealership, when purchase back in 2020 timeframe.
First come with cash in hand gets first served, cannot hold vehicle.
Clean title (no liens) in hand.
Listed all known issues (depending on if something was missed consider a reduction...) CarFax image attached.
The car has been regularly serviced by the owner and records are available to provide upon request.
Runs and performs great, without any issues... Great stopping; new brake pads recently installed all four (4.)
New oil synthetic and Lexus oil filter.
Air and cabin (AC cabin air) filters replaced.
Spark plugs were replaced recently (10K miles ago.)
Good tires (lots of thread, no issues) and rims are in excellent condition...
Alignment and drivetrain well maintained, no issues.

The oil coolant hose has been upgrade (to a metal hose from rubber) as per dealer recommendation (this upgrade was not a recall but an important upgrade to ensure no rubber hose is in the engine oil cooling.)
Smooth sounding engine consistent with milage/service.
Two working key fobs, and both have the mechanical key as backup, all are original from Lexus. Also, has wheel locks from Lexus with the key and spare all are there along with the owner's manual.
Small tear in the driver's seat, and a few small paint nicks on the hood (a common occurrence that touch up paint will easily fix.)
The rear automatic door opener motor needs service but I have been using the rear door manually and don't care about pressing the button instead of simply using my hand to close the rear door. Wear and tear consistent with age.

Tires hold air and are in good condition with no TPS issues and a space saver spare tire (stock.)
Rims are nice and balanced.
Passed all inspections and should have no issues next year.
All lights (including fog lights and trailer wiring) are up and running.
Most interior and some exterior have been upgraded to LED (including interior and turn signal) lights.
Additional Details and Technical Information about the 2010 Lexus RX350:
Consistently passed both VA safety and emissions inspections at the Lexus dealership or at the local service station in Great Falls, VA with no issues. Purchased from Lexus of Alexandria (was certified and had dealership extended warranty for a couple of years after the purchase about five (5) years ago.)
Always used FULL synthetic oil and new Toyota/Lexus oil filter. The air filters recently changed (both inside AC/cabin and engine air filters are clean/new.)
Interior and exterior are clean (non-smoker, no pets.) AC pumps cold air.
Tires have TPMS and hold air (no leaks.)
Selling because I need a SEQUOIA full size SUV that seats seven (7) with room for luggage.
