This cage is made up of three cages. In TOTAL, it has 676sq in of floorspace. Since there are three cages, and all about the same size, there is a storage shelf below one of the cages, where you can keep their food, treats, hideouts, ect. One of the cages is a 10 gallon aquarium, and the height of the aquarium is 10in, so you can put up to 7in of bedding for burrowing, (if you have a hamster). The main largest cage (with the blue base) is high enough to put an 8in wheel in, and maybe even a bigger one! Great cage!
