The serving tray frame dimensions are 20 1/8" X 12 7/8" X 4 1/8"., and the inside dimensions are 16" X 10'. Made of a steel or wrought iron frame and has an antique brass finish with a Tiffany style stained glass serving surface. Weighs 4 pounds 13 ounces empty. Very good condition. No broken or missing parts.
